This is a 39 yr old mother of 3 children who wears a 34 A bra is 5’6” and weighs 123lbs. She breast feed all three children for at least 4 months each.

Is now wanting a Breast Augmentation and Nipple Reduction surgery.

She had Breast Augmentation with Anatomically Shaped Cohesive Gel Implants and a Nipple Reduction.

375cc Anatomic Cohesive Gel Implants were placed under the muscle thru the inframmary incision and the Bilateral Nipple Reduction was done at the same time.

These Photos were taken just 3 weeks after surgery and the patient was so happy with her new larger breasts and smaller nipples.
